God speak to me, I want to hear your voice, and then I will believe you are real… God please perform a miracle so that I can believe and follow you… Have you ever felt this way? Have you ever felt that all you need is one sign from the Lord in order to know he is REAL? If this is you or was you, in the past I want to let you know that the decision lies in you. YOU have to decide if you are FOR SALE or SOLD OUT!

Judas Iscariot was one of Jesus’ disciples (Luke 6:12-16). He followed Jesus for three and a half years. He witnessed miracles. He saw Peter walk on water. Jesus spoke with him and chose him to be one of his twelve disciples. He saw Jesus. He spoke with the Lord. He saw miracles. He betrayed Jesus for 30 pieces of silver. Judas betrayed Jesus, because he was still FOR SALE.

What part of your life are you trading or negotiating, in exchange for Jesus? Judas looked the part of a Christian, yet it was just a pretense.  His relationship with Jesus was not genuine (Matthew 26:16 & 25). He used terms of respect casually. When you say Jesus you are my Lord and Savior, do you mean it, or is it just the “Christian” thing to say? If it is the latter than you need to come back to the true meanings of the words. It is easy to talk the talk and fool everyone, but you need to stop playing games and start living it.

Have you been purchase by Jesus Christ, lock stock and barrel? Does HE own ALL of you? Does HE own every area of your life?  Or has the world, your friends, your boyfriend, your girlfriend purchased you? If you have been purchased by the world, what is the cost? Is temporary satisfaction worth giving up eternity? Don’t give up, put in effort, fight the good fight and be SOLD OUT to Jesus!    

What areas of my life are still for sale? Judas asked “What will you give me, if I give you HIM?” Are you asking the world “What will you give me, if I give up HIM?”
